Weekend Booking Policy:
There is a two night minimum stay required on weekends. A three night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.
It is possible, occasionally that we will have a single night available on one of the weekends so we invite you to inquire. * There is a $25.00 turn over fee for single Saturday night stays.
Cancellation Policy:
If your cancellation is received fourteen days prior to your arrival date, we will return your deposit less a $25 per night handling fee. If you cancel less than fourteen days ahead, we will refund your deposit less the handling fee only if we are able to re-book the rooms. Cancellations are only considered valid after Point Reyes Station Inn has issued a Written Confirmation of Reservation Cancellation. It is necessary for guests to speak directly to the Innkeeper in order to request a cancellation and receive a valid confirmation of their cancellation.

We are Pet Friendly. We permit well behaved dogs.
Dog Policy
Most hotels do charge extra for pets. The Point Reyes Station Inn does not. We do ask that you respect the following rules:
1. Please bring a clean dog bed and food dishes.
2. No doggies are allowed in or on the bed.
3. Bathe and flea powder your dog before you come.
4. Dogs must be contained to the Garden Room and their private garden area. Dogs must be kept on a leash while walking around the grounds.
5. Please don't leave your dog in the room unattended.
6. Dogs must use the private patio door to enter and exit there room. Dogs are not allowed in the common areas of the Inn for some guests are allergic.
Should your dog damage anything, you will be charged. So far, we have had great success with allowing dogs to stay at the Inn. We have met a lot of neat dogs, and really enjoy having them.
Please respect the Inn and other guests so we can continue to allow our furry friends in the Garden Room.
